He was predeceased by: his father Leon Malphrus; and his pet Pearl. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Hubbard Malphrus; his daughters, Jessica Malphrus Goodman and Jamie Malphrus; his stepdaughter Brielle Jungblut; his sister Kim Malphrus; his fiancée Danielle Mace; and his half-brother Roy Prescott.
