She was predeceased by: her parents, Mrs Harry G. and Virginia Ambrose Cusack; her husband J. Lavaughn Malphrus; and her sister Jean Bean. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Sapp (Jeffery) and Lynn Richardson (Jeff); her grandchildren, Trish Bryan (Jared), Tori Bowers (Marty), Jeff Sapp (Liz) and Will Richardson (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Laynee Bryan (Gabbie), Ellie Bryan (Chase), Ivy Bryan (Shelbi), Keleigh Bowers, Mackie Bowers, Savannah Kelley, Jayden Kelley, Adler Richardson and Reeves Richardson; and her brother Randy Cusack (Sabrina). She is also survived by mother to her girls and a cherished "NaNa" to her grandchildren and her great grandchildren.
