He is survived by: his children, Mary Darien (John), Hithenias Merlino (Frank), Shameka Jones, James Jones (Shawn), Jerome Simmons and Louis Jones; his siblings, Florrie E. Jones, Mary Mitchell, Amarie Scott, Moddie Harris (Uriel), Frank Jones and Albert Jones; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Jones and Mary A. Frazier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
