It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hilda Horton of Ridgeland, South Carolina, born in Summerville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 18, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Horton; and her in-laws, Polly Horton, Norman, Betty Horton, Everett, Jean Horton and James Astor "Junior" Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Sonya Bethea (Harvey) and Tony Horton (Missy); her grandsons, Tyler Horton (Tori), Harvey Bethea (Torii) and Brandon Horton (Kendal); her great grandchildren, Mallory, Sadie, Kaidan, Addie Beth, Weston, Mason, Parker, Tinsley, Leighton and Paislee; and her sister-in-law Joyce Jacobs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
