We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2023, at the age of 93, Dorothy Singleton of Ridgeland, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her son Julius, Jr. Singleton (Betty); her grandchildren, Valicia Hunter (Darnell) and Gwendolyn Alston; her great grandchildren, Salonia N. Singleton, Du'Heem V. Singleton (Zeniah Locke), Aljaquan Hugue, Tibias Alston, Sharyia Greene, Jolia Singleton and Quamas Singleton; and her sister Willie Nell K. Gaston Hill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, devoted family, and friends.
Always remember to wear a mask, to protect others as well as yourself, mask works best when everyone wears one. A mask is not a substitute for social distancing, masks should be worn in addition to staying 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who do not live in your household.
