It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Kay Olendorf (Ridgeland, South Carolina), born in Red Bud, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Cowan and Essie Cowan; her former husband Eugene Horner; her son Mark E. Olendorf; and her grandsons, Mark Philip and Mitchell William Mason.

She is survived by: her husband William C. Olendorf, Jr.; her daughters, Julie D. Risher (William R. Risher) and Jennifer D. Mason (William H. Mason, II); and her grandson Joshua C. Mason (Briana V. Mason) of Ga.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: MUSC Children's hospital in Charleston, SC to honor her and her love of her grandsons Philip and Mitchell.
