She was predeceased by: her parents, Crosson Gunter and Ina Thornton Gunter; and her siblings, Vivian, Arthur and Carlton.

She is survived by: her husband George Wise; her son Timmy Wise (Debbie); her granddaughters, Victoria Wise (Steven Lynn) and Renee Preston (Landon); her great grandchildren, Bailey and Peyton; and her sisters, Betty Gunter, Brenda Wise, Geneva Wood and Gail Storey.
