He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Fulmer and Mary Agnes Fulmer; his wife Margaret Ann Satcher Fulmer; and his siblings, Hazel Jeanette Fulmer, Lula Marie Hatcher (Donald) and Marion Barney Fulmer (Shirley).
He is survived by: his daughters, Shari Marlene Carey (R. Michael) and Cassandra Fulmer Everett (late Lonnie); his siblings, Carroll Fulmer (late Barbara), Zack Fulmer (Linda), Gene Ray Fulmer (Sue), Mary Blackwell (Tommie), Sandra Johnson (Ronnie) and Irving Crystal Fulmer (Linda Sue); his grandchildren, Ashley Anne Carey, Natalie Ryan Carey and Olivia Michael Rampi (R. J.); his great grandchild Raymond John Rampi III; and his grandchildren, Robert Isaac Rampi, Russell Fulmer Rampi and Elizabeth Michael Rampi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
