He was predeceased by: his son Michael Hallman. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Randall; his children, William Hallman (Dawn) of Lugoff, Pamella Cotton (Jeff) of Camden and Erica Cunningham (Trey) of Ridge Spring; and his siblings, John D. Randall Jr. of Ridge Spring, Peggy Vaughn of Edgefield, Gail Parker of Chesnee and Debra Black of Columbia.
