She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel "Sam" Moore; and her parents, James Leaphart and Margie Padgett Leaphart. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Spears and Melanie Fulmer (Chris); and her grandchildren, Danielle Tilson, Paige Ricard, Tommy Karpinski, Samantha Coursey, Beau Murrell, Keely Wingard and Kira Wingard. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
