He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Eugene Mack and Eloise Koon Mack; his siblings, Edward Eugene Mack and Polly Keisler; and his grandchild Russell Casey Boyles.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bobbitt Mack; his sons, Bobby Alvin Mack (Sharon), Timothy Lynn Mack and Scottie Dwayne Mack (Tiffany); and his brother Roy Eugene "Charles" Mack, Jr.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Double Branch Pentecostal Holiness Church 3342 Hwy 23 Ridge Spring, SC 29129.
