He was predeceased by: his parent Curtis George; his former wives, Dora Christine Cromer Berry and Helen Harmon Berry; and his daughter Shirley Anne Berry Rodgers. He is survived by: his parent Vara Whittle Berry; his wife Mary Hastings Cobbler Berry; his children, Dora Lynn Smith (Wayne) of Ninety Six, Tommy Joe Berry (Susan) and Luther Curtis Berry (Deborah); and his siblings, Earl Berry of Saluda and Mary Black of Greenwood.
