She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Brice Dawkins, Sr. and Sadie Allen Dawkins; her husband Hugh Gray Ernandez, Sr.; and her siblings, Joe, Edward Dawkins, Annie Long, Dot Mobley and Polly Culp.
She is survived by: her son Hugh Gray Ernandez, Jr. (Deborah) of Richburg, SC; her grandchildren, Christina (Jason), Tripp, Miranda (Rusty) and Dillon (Danielle); and her close friend Cora Long of Richburg, SC. She is also survived by eight great- grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
