He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Laws. He is survived by: his parent Nellie Smith Laws; his children, Gene Laws of Richburg, Richard E. Laws, Wallace E. Laws Jr, Tammy Hall of Chester, Ashley Nicole Laws of Lancaster and Melissa Crook of Mississippi; and his siblings, Johnny Laws, Jimmy Laws, Beatrice Skinner and Diane Robison. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
