She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Morgan Ernandez and Jessie Wilson Ernandez; her husband Grady Franklin Hinson; her son Dennis Franklin Hinson; her siblings, W. B. Ernandez, Fannie Ernandez, Earline Coker, Betty Cothran, Vera Ernandez Hough and Genola Collins; and her grandson Jason C. Hoke.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Hinson (Susie) of Richburg, Renee Hoke (Devan) of Florida and Laurie Venable (Alex) of Fort Lawn; her grandchildren, Ashley Eargle, Christopher Hinson, Jr., Jody Hinson, Megan Davis, Breanna Ferrell and Payton Kee; her sister Joyce Walker Bolton of Edgemoor; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Ernandez of Edgemoor and Mary Alice Hinson of Charlotte. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Hinson's name to Providence Care Hospice, 500 Lakeshore Parkway, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
