It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannie Marie Mathews Edwards of Richburg, South Carolina, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carlton Mathews and Jeanette Petcoff Mathews; and her sister Violet Nelson. She is survived by: her sons, George Wallace of Richburg, SC, John Wallace of Richburg, SC and Steven Lafferty; and her siblings, Lynn Gibbs (Paul) of Oregon, OH, Netha Hamman of Citrus Springs, FL and Joseph Mathews of Walbridge, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
