It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Clarence Puckett of Richburg, South Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Puckett and Nannie Cordell Puckett; and his wife Doris Blakley Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Puckett (Tarsha) of Great Falls, Lea Massey (Reuben) of Richburg and Melissa Taylor (Jack) of Richburg; and his siblings, Roy Puckett of Great Falls, Bob Puckett of Great Falls, Jerry Puckett of Myrtle Beach, Ruby Shupe of Richburg, Nellie Rose of Richburg, Mary Gladden of Great Falls, Ann McAbee of Great Falls, Gail Roberts of Lancaster and Jean Puckett of New York. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
