He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles N. Sharpe, Jr. and Martha Wood Sharpe. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Parnell Sharpe; his children, Nicholas Ashby Davis Sharpe of Richmond, VA, Ritchie Sharpe (Heidi) of Fort Lawn, SC and Lauren Allison Sharpe of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Mikayla Rivas, Hannah Sharpe and Madalynne Sharpe; and his sisters, Sissy Sharpe (Max Reavis) of Chesterfield, VA and Cathy Sharpe Marlow (Mike DeWitt) of Granite Falls, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Lancaster Chester Railway Museum, 512 S. Main St., Lancaster, SC 29720.
