It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jewel Gibson Blakley of Richburg, South Carolina, born in Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Gibson and Norma Small Gibson; her husband Arthur Blakley; and her sons, Perry Edward Blakley and William "Artie" Blakley.
She is survived by: her friend Wallace Small; her daughter-in-law Debbie Blakley of Richburg, SC; her sisters, Barbara Martin (Craig) of Dalzell, SC and Margie Snipes of Mobridge, SD; and her grandchildren, Allison, Heather, Crystal, Kevin, Caiden, Harley, Aiden, Abagail and Brynlee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
