He is survived by: his wife Peggy Racicot; his sons, Paul A. Racicot, Jr. (Alexis), Neil Racicot, Oleg Kulik and Andrey Tsepelev (Olga); his siblings, Edward Racicot (Aline), Gerald Racicot (Joan) and Mary Ann Spenard; and his grandchildren, Julia Racicot, Gavin Racicot, Ksenia Kulik, Maria Kulik, Dmitriy Kulik, Michael Tsepelev, Alexander Tsepelev, Nikolay Tsepelev and Andrey Tsepelev.
