It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Gardner of Rembert, South Carolina, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward Gardner to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Robert and Sarah Gardner; his spouse Nolia Porte Gardner; his son Anthony Gardner; his grandchild Donte Broadnax; and his siblings, Sammie, Johnny, Robert, Charlie, Bernice and Emma.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Gardner of Charlotte, Scott Wiley (Roxanne) of New York and Annette Gardner Johnson (Robert) of Maryland; his siblings, Mary Dinkins, Maggie Osborne, Deacon Hampton Gardner (Esther) and Wesley Gardner (Marilyn); and his brother-in-law Charles Outen.
In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation from 4:00 p. m. – 8:00 p. m. at the home, 5230 McDanield Road, Rembert.
