He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williams and Dorothy Boykin Scarborough. He is survived by: his wife Corine Hudson Williams; his children, Carmen Williams of Sumter and John Williams of Aiken; his grandchildren, John Jr., Arianna and Nevaeh; and his siblings, Shirley Mae Williams of Sumter, Martha Ann Stuckey (Bernard) of Sumter, James "Hamp" Williams of Sumter, James "Bud" Williams of Sumter, Charles Williams of Sumter and Debroh Truesdale (William) of Fayetteville, NC.. He is also survived by four sister-in-laws; nine brother-in-laws, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
In accordance with COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the homes, 15 Victory Drive, Sumter and 1199 Floyd Drive, Sumter.
