He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Lee Breaker and Lawrence Breaker; his mother-in-law Evelyn Syphrett; his brother Thomas "Bubba" Fogle; his siblings-in-law, Rev. Jeremiah Reeves (Rosetta) and Vivian Green; his nephew Phillip "Tony" Syphrett; and his granddaughter Quantasia Sims.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Walker of Reevesville, SC; his children, Brian Syphrett and Laquina Sims (Avrian) of Columbia, SC; his siblings, Eartha Carson (Richard), Rosetta Lemon (James), Jasper "Jack" Breaker (Willie Mae), Jimmie Fogle (Peggy), Billie Fogle and Robert Fogle; his siblings-in-law, Bertha Reeves, Cynthia Simmons and David Syphrett (Christine); and his grandchildren, Amar Sims, Kyheim Lemon, Kanory Syphrett, TreQuan Syphrett, Ke'morveon Syphrett, Jaquez Sims, Keonta Syphrett, K'breonna Syphrett, Jemarceo Syphrett and Safari Syphrett. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
