She was predeceased by: her parents, Peddigrew Bunch and Pansy Stephens Bunch; her son Murray Govan; her husband Randolph Buckner; her siblings, Mary, Dorothy, Willie, Gordon, Julius and Stanley; and her stepdaughter Flossie.
She is survived by: her children, Eunice E. Wolfe (Herman) of St. George, SC, Daniel B. Govan of St. George, SC, Ricky Govan (Sandra) of St. George, SC and Stacey Govan of St. George, SC; her stepdaughter Lourine Harrison; her sisters, Viola Cobbs and Gloria J. Walker; her sisters-in-law, Edith Govan and Carolyn Wolfe; and her close friends, Gloria Cusack and Evelyn Westbury. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
