He is survived by: his children, Hollis Banks, Jr. of Reevesville, SC, Derrick Banks of Reevesville, SC, Fitzgerald Gilbert of Reevesville, SC and Regina Gilbert of Brooklyn; his sisters-in-law, Pearlie Mae Boyd (late Jerry), Vivian Rice (Willie), Emma Britt (late Marvin), Delores and Jackie Evans; his grandchildren, Valencia N. Gilbert, Jhesi Gilbert, Lasha Gilbert, Viandra McCarthy, Itainya Ling, Michelle Ling, Rashe Ling, Faith Banks, Jaqalin Gilbert, Vandalia Mercius and Maryonna Banks; his great grandchildren, Nokya Edwards, Eyn Edwards, Victor Felder, Javaya Felder, Kadeem Solomon and Kaison Solomon; and his great great grandchild Skylar Acosta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
