She was predeceased by: her son Joe McNeil, Jr. (McNeil). She is survived by: her husband Reverend Joe McNeil; her children, Stephen Smalls (Tanishia), Stephanie Riley (Harold) and Renarda Garrett (Johnathan); and her siblings, Juanita Singleton, Mare Ladson (Jimmy) and Alma Maxwell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
