She was predeceased by: her husband Perry Strickland; her parents, Virgil E. Reeves and Ola Mae Beach Reeves; her son Robert "Robbie" Collins; and her siblings, Morris Reeves, Helen McElveen, Joyce Harvey and Alice Wilkerson.
She is survived by: her brother Johnny Reeves of Hollywood, SC; and her granddaughters, Katelyn Collins, Tori Collins and Lexi Collins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
