He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth of Washington; his daughters, Delores Tillman, Mary of Washington and Maybelle Youngblood; his niece Vera of Washington; and his stepchildren, Valencia K. Hunt, Leroy T. Spigner and Thomas Spigner, III (Michelle). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
