She is survived by: her husband James Robert Payne, Jr.; her children, Rusty Cooper (Cindy), Alan Cooper (Donna) and Janice Jester (Jay); her siblings, Marlene Knight (Melvin), Annette Leonard, Deborah Vergere (John), Henry Fralix (Ann) and Robert Fralix, Sr. (Shirley); her sister-in-law Deloris Fralix; and her grandchildren, Crystal Ward, Valerie Cooper, Glenn Cooper (Sydney), Travis Cooper (Hannah), Russell Cooper, Heather Cooper, Courtney Cooper, Candice Roussi (Humza), Ashley Stewart (Derek), Chaz Cooper (Sara Kathryn), Chace Cooper, Carlton Jester, Walker Jester and Ellie Jester. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
