He is survived by: his children, Wilma W. Rice (Allan) of Charleston, SC and Mickie Cornelius White (Ann) of Scandia, KS; his sister Betty Mizzell of James Island, SC; and his grandchildren, William White, Melanie Alkire, Ray Stokes, Michael Rice, Mary Catherine Rice, Christina DeMiere, Harrison Rice, Abbie Garman and Jennie Garman.
