He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Crosby; his son Billy Mitchum; and his siblings, Teresa, Alberta, Wade Mitchum and Robert Crosby.
He is survived by: his father Steve B. Mitchum (Lorene); his children, Amanda Caligiuri (Joey), Miranda Mitchum and Johnny Mitchum; his grandchildren, Hayden, Haleigh, Hagen, Jeffrey, Kaleb and Addison; and his siblings, Steve Mitchum (Teresa), Duke Mitchum (Cherron) and Annette Alexander (Ralph). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
