It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde Lewis Benton Jr. of Ravenel, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his niece Raven Shephard. He is survived by: his parents, Clyde Benton and Miriam Benton; his son Elias Voyles; his sisters, Marie Shephard (Mike), Mary Lou Conrad (Michael) and Donna Benton; and his close friends, Johnboy and Chris Limehouse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
