She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Presley Gladden and Stella Margaret Hovis; and her friend Lorraine Longshore. She is survived by: her daughters, Marguerite Platt (Robin Vannoy), Rhonda Lynn Woods (Danny), Bethany Jane Platt and Ashley Nicole Silva (Douglas, II); her granddaughters, Melody Joy Woods and Isabel Vannoy; and her sister Stephanie Gladden of Manning, SC..
