It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Hill Rodgers of Ravenel, South Carolina, born in Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Betty Ann Graham (Herman L. Hill, Jr.) and W. D. Graham (Mel Freeman). She is survived by: her husband James R. Rodgers; her children, James R. Rodgers, Jr. of Ravenel, Sharon L. Rodgers of Meggett and Darrin L. Rodgers (Melanie) of Summerville; her sister Claudia H. Freeman of James Island; and her sister-in-law Beverly Hill of Savannah, GA.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
