She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Bookman and Inez Robinson Bookman; and her husband Butler Cromer, Jr.. She is survived by: her stepmother Mary Lou Bookman; her siblings, Malverse, Gene, George, James Bookman, Mary Frances Swittenburg, Rosa Lee Jones, Joann Ruff, Thelma Bookman, Naomi Wise, Mary Edith Bookman, Elizabeth Austin and Laura Bookman; her children, Butler E. Cromer (Arleen) of Prosperity, SC, Freddie Lee Bookman (Virginia), James L. Bookman (Tonya) of Newberry, SC, Sarah Wright and Mary Ann Cromer (Solomon) of Newberry, SC; her siblings, Edith Swittenburg of Newberry, SC, Mary Deloris Bookman of Prosperity, SC, Carol Jean Bookman of Prosperity, SC, Georgia Lee Bookman (George) of Prosperity, SC, Roy Bookman of Newberry, SC, Albert and Terry Bookman; her goddaughters, Georgia Delphine Bookman of Prosperity, SC and Carrie Jones (Nathaniel Smith) of Prosperity, SC; her aunt Florence Stoudermire; her brother-in-law Roger Ruff; and her nephew Gene Swittenburg. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
