He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Leroy and Lillie Mae Barrett Fulmer; and his brothers, James Fulmer, Heyward Fulmer and Jerry Fulmer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sally Turner (Steven) of Chester and Mary Lipsey (Kenny) of Prosperity; his siblings, Dianne Vining (Wayne) of West Columbia and Eddie C. Fulmer (Debby) of Prosperity; his granddaughter Makenna Lipsey; and his sister-in-law Vonnie Fulmer.
