It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Bledsoe Lindler of Prosperity, South Carolina, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian Luther and Nannie Butler Bledsoe; her son-in-law Steve Hughey; and her granddaughter Stephanie Hughey. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Lindler; her children, Rubin Williams (Jan) of Little Mountain, Debra Blackwood, Green and Susan Hughey of Spartanburg; and her siblings, Alvin Bledsoe and Zora Moorer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38101, or to the Shriners Children's Hospital, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
