It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Trudie Bedenbaugh Epting of Prosperity, South Carolina, born in Leesville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Bedenbaugh and Geneva Oswald Bedenbaugh; her siblings, Jenny and Chris Epting; her husband Robert F. Epting (Bob); her sons, Christopher R. Epting (Chris) and Terry Holland Epting; her daughter-in-law Merle Bedenbaugh Epting; and her sisters, Modell (Pascal Shirey), Navis "Bobbie" (Cal Cannon), Muriel (Brunson Rikard) and Sederis.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney F. Epting (Margaret) and Jenny Epting Braswell (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Lee Epting Koon (Jay), Sheron Epting Quattlebaum (Daniel) and Christopher D. Epting (Annie); and her great grandchildren, Jaylee Koon, Leila Kate and Hannah Quattlebaum.
Friends are invited to attend and are encouraged to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
