He was predeceased by: his parents, McDonald Rawls and Vennie Graham Rawls; his siblings, Daphene Aull, Sadie Evelyn Rawls, Bobby Rawls, Donald Rawls and Sammy Rawls; and his brother-in-law Manley Bedenbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Gay Amick Rawls; his children, Neal Jacob Rawls of Prosperity and Amy Rawls Dorroh (Greg) of Prosperity; his grandchildren, Dalton Barbare (Evon), Ava Rawls and Brandon Stroud (Chelby); his great grandchild Kimberly Conyers; and his sisters-in-law, Ethel Rawls, Martha Hallbick, Ella Margaret Rawls and Ann Bedenbaugh.
