She was predeceased by: her parents, Audy Ray and Pearl Thomas Boughman; and her daughter Gina Rae Kingsmore. She is survived by: her husband Fred Lewis Kingsmore, Sr.; her children, Freddie Kingsmore, Jr. (Angie) and Patti Kingsmore Kost (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jennifer Kingsmore Waddell (Michael) and Mark Lewis Kingsmore; and her sister Carolyn Crocker (Frances).
