He was predeceased by: his parents, Seber Franklin and Minnie Mae Amick; his wife Mildred Vaughn Amick; his son David Ray Amick; and his siblings, Odis L. Amick, E. Carnell Amick, C. Voight Amick, Vernie F. Amick, Ruby Amick Fulmer, Rosalind Amick Ringer and Cleo Amick Wise.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Amick Brannon (Michael) of Simpsonville; his granddaughters, Jennifer Broome (Chris) and Jessica Mast (P. J.); and his great grandchildren, Camron Bannister, Landon Broome, Catherine Mast, Elizabeth Mast, Victoria Mast and Rebecca Mast.
