He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry J. O'Quinn and Catherine Fender O'Quinn; and his son Brian Sykes. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary O'Quinn; his children, Richard "Ric" O'Quinn, Jr. (Debra), Cindy O'Quinn Griffin, Aprial Brown (Dion) and Jennifer Sykes; and his brother Larry O'Quinn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
