He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse W. Lewis and Myra Schumpert Lewis; and his brothers, Burton Lewis and Hugh Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Shealy Lewis; his children, Jesse Lewis (Kelly) of Prosperity, Chad Lewis (Debbie) of Midlothian, VA and Amanda Holt (Stefan) of Gray Court; his grandchildren, Allie Pergerson, Fritz W. Lewis, Graylyn Lewis, Reagan Lewis, Collin Holt, Dawson Lewis, Christopher Holt and Meagan Bellar (Jacob); and his friend Willie Mendenhall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
