He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Plociennik and Helen Plociennik; his stepdaughter Susan Reason; and his brothers, Don Plociennik and Jim Plociennik.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Jean Hansen Plociennik; his stepson John Wolf (Vicky); his sister-in-law Pat Plociennik; and his pet Max. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
