He is survived by: his wife Faye Sawyer Puckett; his children, Stephanie Hurst (Ted) of Pensacola, FL, Stacey (Beverly) of Cedartown, GA and Mark (Renee) of Charleston, SC; and his grandchildren, Paige, Nicholas, Samantha, Brody and Chase.
