She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Red" and Gloria Padgett Sheppard; her son-in-law Scott Wessinger; her grandson David Ray Baxter; and her great grandchild Elijah Langford.

She is survived by: her husband Tony Langford; her children, Pete Elders (Becky) of Prosperity, Debra Wessinger of Pomaria and Hope Baxter (Peewee) of Newberry; her grandchildren, Trevor Elders (Brittany), Alicia Elders-Spires, Jordon Langford, Davion Baxter, London Baxter, Savannah Parnell, Michael Wessinger, Caroline Hasleden (Jamie) and Emily Rose; her great grandchildren, Jay Langford, Remington Elders, Dehlilia Elders and Alivia Elders; and her sister Betty Amick (Ray) of Prosperity. She is also survived by many niece, nephews and cousins.
