He is survived by: his wife Betty Garrett Dominick; his son Stephen Ollie Dominick (Cherrie); his siblings, Mary Ruth Chapman and James Lee "Pal" Dominick; his grandchildren, Allie Dominick and Henry Lee Dominick (Kim); his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Olivia, Liam and Silas Dominick; and his daughters-in-law, Ann Dominick and Rebecca Dominick.
