She was predeceased by: her parent Newton Marvin; her siblings, Cornelius Marvin Hipp and Dessie Rae Boozer; and her grandson Neil Werts. She is survived by: her parent Gussie Lou Mills Hipp; her sons, Paul Werts (Debbie) of Prosperity, David Werts (Lynn) of Matthews, N. C. and Barry Werts (Charlotte) of Prosperity; her siblings, Peggy Ann Boozer Garrett of Batesburg, Ronnie Able Hipp (Vinnie) of Ninety-Six and Donnie Von Hipp (Jennifer) of Saluda; her sister-in-law Madeline Hippof Prosperity; and her grandchildren, Stephen Werts, Rion Werts, Brent Werts, Tanner Werts, Morgan Werts, Erin Werts and Brooke Werts.
