He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Ann" Gallman; his children, Murray "Montae" Johnson (Keyonia) of Prosperity, SC, Micco Gallman of Atlanta, GA, Eric Gallman (Kenyetta) of Prosperity, SC, Thaddeus Davenport of Pensacola, FL and Andrea Johnson of Prosperity, SC.; his grandchildren, Murray Jr., Kaden Johnson (Montae), Michelle, Asia Walker, Aniya Weston (Andrea), Eric Jr. and Kendall Gallman (Eric); his siblings, Sarah Green of Prosperity, SC, Rhoda Gallman of Prosperity, SC, Kathryne Oxner (Jule) of Lanham, MD, Allen Gallman Jr. of Prosperity, SC, James "Jay" Gallman of Prosperity, SC, Charles Gallman (Greta) of Saluda, SC and Lewis Gallman; his friend Charles "Charlie" Davenport; and his siblings-in-law, Lola Dais (Nathaniel), Annette Jones (Jerome), Shannon Rosser, Daisy Johnson, Jean Coleman, Roosevelt Coleman (Celeste), Rickey Coleman, Jessie Coleman and Thomas Rosser. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel (601 South St, Newberry, SC 29108). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shiloh A. M. E. Church (431 Shiloh St, Prosperity, SC 29127).
