He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clifford and Dorothy Dudrow McCormack; and his siblings, Phyllis Heck, Bob McCormack and Jack McCormack.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Rister McCormack; his children, Jason McCormack (Missy), Chad McCormack, Jake McCormack and Shannon Carter (Justin); and his siblings, Jane Ramseth, Chuck McCormack and Ed McCormack. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
